Good new for all you Garth Nix fans. Nix will be writing a prequel AND a sequel to the Abhorsen YA fantasy trilogy, according to Matthew Thorton, of Publishers Weekly. The bad news is they won't be out any time soon, in fact, not until 20010, 20011. That will definitely call for re-reading the trilogy, which will be a pleasure since it was soooo good that it still sends shivers up my spine and it's been ages since I read the last book. A Confusion of Princes, a stand-alone fantasy, will be released first but even that won't be until 2009. Sigh...
