Love my book group. We will be reading The Golden Spruce for next month. It's another Governor General Award winner, but this one is for non-fiction. It's a book that has been touted as a exploration of quirky West Coast characters and mythology. I have wanted to read it for ages, so this is the kick in the behind I needed. But, we will also read a YA title. Yipeee! Everyone will choose one or more of the books I suggested in additon to our regular selection. I am delighted.
